Your Osteopathic Practictioner
Hi I’m Alexis,
an Osteopathic Practitioner (DOMP), with over ten years of varied and specialized experience. I began practicing osteopathy in Quebec in 2012 where I co-founded the Clinique Intégrative d’Ostéopathie. Later, life brought me to Colorado where I worked with world renowned physicians such as Dr Jason Glowney MD in sport medicine and Dr Robert Rountree MD in functional medicine. I also worked with a team of concussion and traumatic brain injury specialists at Integrative Sport and Spine under the direction of Dr Micheal Tracy DO.
These experiences led me to begin my journey of the exploration of the relationship between trauma, the nervous system and pain. I used this unique approach that combines osteopathy and trauma informed practice to address neural patterns that create pain and discomfort.
My own journey with osteopathy started when I was a child faced with the possibility of a major life changing spinal surgery.
Osteopathy Changed My Life
As a child, I was diagnosed with scoliosis. Osteopathy prevented me from requiring a serious surgery to fuse my thoracic & lumbar spine.
It allowed me to not only heal my debilitating back pain, but also to transform my health and my relationship with my body, allowing me to become a professional ballet dancer. Osteopathic care changed my life. For this reason, when the time came to retire my ballet slippers, I knew I wanted to share the transformative potential of osteopathic care.
I love the body’s complexity and the ways it adapts to life. My role is to understand the story behind pain, dysfunction, and disease. I am here to to work with you, and find you the best path to health.

Why Choose Osteopathy?
Why Osteopathy
If you feel like your issues, or injuries are only met with partial answers and solutions, osteopathy is for you. As a holistic, full body/mind approach, osteopathic care looks for the root cause of your ailment.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Your first session begins with a consultation and deep dive into your health and life history. This way we can better understand who you are, and begin to determine the root cause of your challenges. From there, we will perform a customized evaluation of your body.
For your comfort arrive in comfortable clothes and avoid jeans, skirts, suits or any restrictive clothing. Treatment begins with gentle osteopathic modalities to help normalize your nervous system and free restricted areas.
Freedom from Pain
Freedom of pain is usually the first and foremost request of clients. Your story and specific health condition will help me design a curated full body treatment to help you be free of pain.
A Holistic Approach
We will take the time to understand your body’s pattern and tendency to react to events. This understanding will give you the ability to use different tools to navigate life in better health.
Collaborative Work
One of the main goals of this approach is to have you regain control of your health. We will explore your body’s innate knowledge so you can become your best advocate.
